HOW TO ORDER
Enter your exact text in the personalization field, including “THE” if you want it included—for example, THE SMITHS.
Please double-check spelling before purchasing. For unusually long names or special characters, message me first to confirm they will fit.
I’ll customize the design and upload your finished STL to your Etsy order.
Etsy will notify you when your file is ready to download.
DELIVERY TIME
Your personalized file will be ready within 48 hours.
PRINTING & FINISHING
You’ll need access to a 3D printer or printing service, plus slicing software. The sample design has been physically test-printed, but results will vary with your printer, filament, and settings.
Print with the flat back on the build plate. Review the sliced preview before printing, especially the lettering and narrow connections. Reducing the model’s size can make those features more fragile.
The STL contains geometry only—not gold coloring or a metallic finish. Choose your filament color or paint the finished print. Ribbon, paint, and printing services are not included.
The gold-painted Christmas-tree image is an AI-assisted visualization of a possible finished ornament, not a photograph of a supplied physical product.
